1.1 Definition

• Applicable Laws - shall mean and refer to all the laws, rules, ordinances, by-laws, etc., and amendments thereafter, applicable within the territory of India. 
• Content – shall mean and refer to all the text, advertisement, graphics, User interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, brand names, descriptions, sounds, music, and artwork.
• Third Parties – shall mean and refer to all the legal entities either individual or entity linked on the Website apart from the Users and the creator of this Website.
• Service – refers to all features, functionalities, tools, and resources provided on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating matrimonial connections, including but not limited to profile creation, profile browsing, and communication tools.

• Verified Profiles: We prioritize User safety by employing stringent verification processes to ensure authenticity and trust.
• Advanced Search Filters: Our intelligent search algorithm enables Users to find profiles based on religion, community, profession, location, and lifestyle preferences.
• User Privacy: We are committed to safeguarding User information, ensuring that data is shared securely and only with consent.
• Comprehensive Support: Our dedicated customer support team is available to assist Users throughout their matrimonial journey.

 3.1 Search and Matchmaking Services:

• The Platform provides Users with search tools and filters to browse and explore profiles based on their preferences.
• The Platform may suggest potential matches based on criteria selected by Users.

 3.2 Communication Services:

• Registered Users may engage in communication with other Users through the Platform’s messaging system or other integrated communication tools.
• The Platform encourages responsible communication and prohibits harassment, offensive behaviour, or misuse of the messaging feature.

3.3 Membership Plans and Paid Services:

•  The Platform offers both free and paid membership plans. Paid memberships provide additional features such as enhanced profile visibility, priority listing, and advanced matchmaking filters.
• Fees for paid services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 3.4 Content Sharing and Media Uploads:

• Users may upload profile pictures, images, and other media to enhance their profiles
• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading objectionable, offensive, or misleading content. The Platform reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

 3.5 Customer Support:

• The Platform provides dedicated customer support to address User queries, technical issues, and assistance with profile management.

 3.6 Information and Advisory Services:

• The Platform may provide general advice, counselling, or information related to matrimonial alliances. However, such information is not professional legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence before making decisions.

3.7 Service Limitations:

• The Platform does not guarantee successful matrimonial matches or outcomes from the services provided.
• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

By availing of the services offered on the Platform, Users expressly agree to comply with the Terms of Use and all applicable policies outlined by the Company.

• To fully avail the Services of the Website, registration is required. You are required to create a profile for Yourself by providing the following information which inter alia includes your mobile number or email address, name, age, address/location, and profile picture for registration purposes. Users who register with us can avail the Services of the Website. The Website offers the Users an option of signing up through other third-party social networking sites, including but not limited to Gmail, etc. Upon such signup, our servers gain access to information about You from Your social networking account, including but not limited to Your profile, date of birth, name and gender, and all such information is stored in Our system. Users who do not want to register with Us can avail the service as a guest user.
• Information collected about you is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated in these Terms of Use by reference.  Further, at any time during Your use of this Website, including but not limited to the time of registration, You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Your username and password, and any activity under the account shall be deemed to have been done by You. In the case that You provide Us with false and/or inaccurate details or We have reason to believe You have done so, We hold the right to permanently suspend Your account.
• Company reserves the absolute right to modify or amend or delete, in any manner as it deems fit, any content of any matrimonial listing placed on the Platform in order to ensure compliance with the rules of such placement (which may include, without limitation, the efforts and initiatives by Company to maximize response to matrimonial listings),prima facie accuracy and the prevailing laws in force for the time being, especially those relating to prohibition of any indecent, unlawful or obscene content.
• Company guidelines prohibit members to give their name and/or contact details in any form - Email, Phone nos., Messenger Ids, Postal address etc in any fields other than the specific ones where the same information is asked. If any member who puts the above information in any field other than the one meant for that purpose then the Company screening team will remove the same.

• You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreements and of competent age and that you have the requisite authority to bind yourself/themselves to these Terms of Use as per the Applicable Law. However, if you are a minor using this Website, you may do so with the consent of your legal guardian. All Acts of the minor shall be deemed to be considered as the acts undertaken under the supervision of their legal guardian. 
• You further represent that you will comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
• You shall not use the Website if you are not competent to enter into a contract or are disqualified from doing so by any other Applicable Laws, rule, or regulation, currently in force.

• General: All the Content is generated/provided or based on information provided by the Users or Third Parties and we have no control and make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, integrity, and/or genuineness of such Content or such other information provided on the Platform. 
• All the Content displayed on the Platform is subject to copyright and shall not be reused by You (or a Third-Party) without prior written consent from the Company and the copyright owner.
• You are solely responsible for the integrity, authenticity, quality, and/or genuineness of the Content provided by you on the Platform and whilst feedback and comments by You can be made via the Website, we bear no liability whatsoever for any feedback or comments made by the other Users or made in respect of any of the Content on the Platform. Further, the Company reserves its right to suspend the account of any User for an indefinite period to be decided at the discretion of the Company or to terminate the account of any User who is found to have created or shared or submitted any Content or part thereof that is found to be untrue/ inaccurate/ misleading/ offensive/ vulgar. You shall be solely responsible for making good any financial or legal losses incurred through the creation/ sharing/ submission of Content or part thereof that is deemed to be untrue/ inaccurate/ misleading/ offensive/ vulgar.
• You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited privilege to access the Content on the Platform. You shall not copy, adapt, and modify any Content without written permission from the Company.

• Membership Emails: Emails conveying the benefits of paid membership to Users. These are sent to the Email address mentioned by the Users in their profile.
• Important Notifications from the PlatformMessages/notifications are sent to Users to inform them of various alerts related to usage of the Platform. These will be communicated to the Users by Email/app notifications etc.
• Membership SMSes/Calls: SMSes or phone calls shall be sent conveying the benefits of paid membership to Users. Users will receive these calls or SMS on any of the phone numbers mentioned by Users on their profile
• Promotional Mails Promotional emails are sent to members on their Email ids.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
• We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You must use the platform solely for matrimonial purposes and not for friendship, dating, or commercial interests.
• You must not misrepresent yourself or use false information.
• Any misuse, including harassment, offensive language, or spamming, will result in account termination.
• Unsolicited proposals, abusive messages, or unethical behavior will lead to account suspension.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating our Terms.

• In order to use the Platform, you may sign in using your Facebook/Google login. If you do so, you authorize us to access and use certain Facebook/Google account information that you choose to display publicly. For more information regarding the information we collect from Users and how we use it, Users are advised to visit our Privacy Policy.
• Company collects information / data use, and disclose your personal information including, without limitation, e-mail id, address, first name, last name, telephone/mobile number, date of birth, age, gender, ethnic/cultural background, appearance, religion, occupation, preferences, life style information, general geographical location (“User Data”) from Users in order to enable them to create their profiles on the Platform. Apart from this, certain other health related information, including physical and mental disabilities are also collected. 
• The User Data so collected is entered in a program especially devised for matching profiles and to provide matches for Users based on their pre-selected partner preferences criteria. User Data is displayed only after taking prior consent of Users. 
• Company does not collect financial information of Users such as credit card/debit card numbers/bank accounts numbers etc. Company shall not be able to provide access to the Platform and/or create profiles of Users if the requisite User Data is not provided by the Users. User hereby consents to usage of his/her User Data to be displayed to other Users on the Platform. 
• The Company uses data and information about Users to make relevant suggestions and recommendation to its Users. The Platform utilizes various third-party apps to provide a comprehensive user experience. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party apps. It is your responsibility to review these policies before using any linked services. 
• You can control what information is displayed and visible through your account settings. The User Data is uploaded by the Users themselves or by any of the representatives of the company on request of the users themselves or their close relatives to whom they have given their consent to create a profile on Wedmangalam. 
• Company may, at its sole discretion, include all or any portion of the listing intimated by a User for display on the Platform in any other media including the matrimonial sections of other platforms including but not limited to print media, community associations, websites, television shows, DTH/IPTV Services, mobile wap sites etc. at no extra costs to the Users and Company shall not be held liable for usage/publicity of such information / data.

1. Company reserves the absolute right to modify or amend or delete, in any manner as it deems fit, any content of any matrimonial listing placed on the Platform in order to ensure compliance with the rules of such placement (which may include, without limitation, the efforts and initiatives by Company to maximize response to matrimonial listings),prima facie accuracy and the prevailing laws in force for the time being, especially those relating to prohibition of any indecent, unlawful or obscene content. Company reserves the absolute right to delete any profile if it finds that the same person has created multiple profiles on the Platform. Even if different profiles have been created with the same contact details, Company will reserve the absolute right to delete all such profiles. If any member refuses to give consent to a physical address verification that Company has requested then Company will have the absolute right to either put a "Not Verified" stamp on the profile or to delete the profile.
2. Company reserves the right to tie up with partners in future to come up with various other online services. However, Company shall never share the information / data collected from Users with such other partners without taking prior consent / permission from such Users. Company in such circumstances suggests that Users peruse the privacy policy of such partners before giving their consent or before furnishing personal identifiable information with such other website(s). Company is not privy to the privacy practice adopted by its partners and does not take the responsibility in respect of the privacy policy adopted / to be adopted by such partners. Company also reserves the right to use / share the information / data collected from Users with its partners if a User has already made public the information / data to Users of the Platform.
3. Company has complete rights in the Platform and the services provided there under. The Platform contains to the extent protected by applicable laws, copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of its owners and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for any other information/display for which permission have not been obtained from Company, Company reserves the right to proceed/initiate appropriate steps under the prevailing law against infringement of the said proprietary rights for illegal copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling of any such proprietary information.
4. Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. Company if circumstances warrant may call for /ask any of its Users to provide documentary or other form of evidence supporting the information / User Data posted on the Platform and the User, without any protest shall produce such documentary / other evidence in support of such information and if the User fails to produce such information within a reasonable or stipulated time frame, Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate the profile/access to the Platform and forfeit the advance without a refund and take appropriate steps under the provisions of law. Company also reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action without limitation at its sole discretion against any User who violates / misuses the online services and terminating the profile/access to the Platform of such violators without prior intimation who utilize the Platform in any manner which brings into disrepute or impairs the interests and functioning of Platform or the Company.
5. Company has no obligation to monitor the activities of its Users. However, Company has the right to monitor the Platform electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Platform properly, or to protect itself or its Users. Company also reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or violative of provision of law.
6. In case Company receives any incriminating evidence/complaint against any User from other Users of the Platform or if Company, through data available to it from its servers, suspects misbehavior on any User’s part, it reserves the right to impose restrictions on the User’s account which include but may not be confined to preventing the User under question from making multiple contacts and restricting the user to only contact members whose desired partner profile the User satisfies.
7. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or restrict a User’s access to or use of the Platform, in whole or in part, and/or to remove any content uploaded by the User, at any time and for any reason whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, instances where the Company, in its sole judgment, believes that the User has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
8. The Company is an online service provider that enables Users to create and maintain unique profiles containing certain personal and/or optional information (“User Data”) for the intended purpose of availing the services offered on the Platform (“Purpose”). User Data is displayed on the Platform and used by other Users solely for the aforementioned Purpose. The Company does not share User Data with other Users or third parties without the prior consent of the concerned User, unless required under applicable law.
9. While the Company employs reasonable security measures to safeguard such User Data, it shall not be held liable in the event such data is unauthorizedly accessed, copied, printed, published, forged, manipulated, or misused in any manner by any User or third party. Each User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with any misuse or unauthorised activity conducted by the User through or in connection with the Platform or the services offered by the Company.

• Your violation of these Terms of Use;
• Your violation of any rights of another Parties, Users, and/or Third-Party;
• Your alleged improper conduct according to these Terms of Use; and
• Your conduct in connection with the Website.

You agree to fully cooperate in indemnifying the Company at your own expense. You also agree not to settle with any party without the consent of the Company.

In no event shall we be liable to compensate you or any Third Party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not foreseeable, and whether or not you had been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or other tortuous action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of, or access, or availing Services from or materials contained therein on the Website.

• if the Website is inoperative/non-responsive due to any connectivity errors associated with the internet connection such as but not limited to slow connectivity, no connectivity, server failure;
• if you have fed incorrect information or data or for any deletion of data;
• if there is an undue delay or inability to communicate through email;
• if there is any deficiency or defect in the Services managed by the Company; and
• if there is a failure in the functioning of any other Service provided by the Company

• The Website accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, on behalf of itself, or for any damage caused to you, your belongings, or any Third-Party, resulting from the use or misuse of the Platform or any Service provided of by the Company through the Platform. The Service and any Content or material displayed of the Services are provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy, suitability, completeness, or reliability. We will not be liable to you for the unavailability or failure of the Platform.
• You are to comply with all Applicable Laws upon you or on your activities, and with all applicable policies, which are hereby incorporated into this Terms of Use by reference.
• The Platform expressly excludes any liability for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable by the Website and which is incurred by you in connection with the Website, including loss of profits; and any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your breach of these Terms of Use.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable to You or any other party for any loss or damage, regardless of the form of action or basis of any claim. You acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to terminate your use of the Website.

You acknowledge and agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with us is to terminate your use of the Website.The Company's liability for any claims arising from Platform usage shall be limited to the amount paid by the User or Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only), whichever is lower.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse or non-compliance with these Terms.

• These Terms of Use shall continue to form a valid and binding agreement between us and shall continue to be in full force and effect until you continue to access and use the Website.
• You may terminate your use of the Website at any time, as per the process specified under this Terms of Use. 
• We may terminate these Terms of Use with you and close your account at any time without notice and/or suspend or terminate Your access to the Website at any time and for any reason if any discrepancy or legal issue arises.
• Such suspension or termination shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
• It is also hereby declared that we may discontinue the Services on the Website without any prior notice.

• We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally terminate Your access to the Website, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice or cause. 
• We also reserve the universal right to deny access to You, to any/all of are on its Website without any prior notice/explanation to protect the interests of the Website and/or other Users to the Website. 
• We reserve the right to limit, deny or create different access to the Website and its features concerning different Users, or to change any of the features or introduce new features without prior notice. 
• You shall continue to be bound by these Terms of use, and it is expressly agreed to by You that You shall not have the right to terminate these Terms of Use till the expiry of the same.
• Company reserves the right to remove / delete any content / message/ photo(s) / profile or cancel the registration / membership of a User either upon a complaint received from another User or upon discovery of the same on its own or based on its sole judgment and perception and it shall without notice stop providing the service entitled to a User and forfeit all other incidental service(s) with immediate effect along with the fee/tenure of registration as well as take appropriate legal action against such User. 
• By listing a profile on the Platform, it is deemed that the said User has an intention to get married and in case it appears to Company that at the time of listing the profile or subsequently such User had no intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance or has changed his/her intention, then Company shall reserve the right to remove / delete such profile from the Platform and initiate prosecution under the law or take such steps as may be advised from time to time. 
• Company reserves the absolute right to delete any profile if it finds that the same person has created multiple profiles on the Platform. Even if different profiles have been created with the same contact details, Company will reserve the absolute right to delete all such profiles. If any member refuses to give consent to a physical address verification that Company has requested then Company will have the absolute right to either put a "Not Verified" stamp on the profile or to delete the profile.

• if you are in breach of any of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policies
• if you have provided wrong, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information; and
• if your actions may cause any harm, damage or loss to the other Users or the Company, at our sole discretion.
• Company reserves the right to remove / delete any content / message/ photo(s) / profile or cancel the registration / membership of a User either upon a complaint received from another User or upon discovery of the same on its own or based on its sole judgment and perception and it shall without notice stop providing the service entitled to a User and forfeit all other incidental service(s) with immediate effect along with the fee/tenure of registration as well as take appropriate legal action against such User.

• You further agree and undertake that you are accessing the Platform at your sole risk and that you are using the best and prudent judgment before availing of any features on the Platform or accessing/using any information displayed thereon.
• You agree that any kind of information, resources, activities, or recommendations obtained/availed from the Platform, written or oral, will not create any warranty and we disclaim all liabilities resulting from these.
• We do not guarantee that the features and content contained in the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Platform or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components, and you hereby expressly accept any associated risks involved with your use of the Platform.
• It is further agreed to by you that the contents of this section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.
• Company presumes that every User who logs on to the Platform has a bona fide intention to get married / enter into a matrimonial alliance and not otherwise. Company under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Platform or the services offered on the Platform and / or any content posted on the Platform or transmitted to Users. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by the Platform should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from or by the Company. Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising in/out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to use of the service provided by Company.
• Any advice, counselling, recommendations or information provided on the Platform including information of Users may not be necessarily correct, true or reliable, and that any reliance placed thereon and any action taken on the basis thereof shall be entirely / solely at the risk of the concerned User. Users hereby agree that access to the content available on the Platform is provided by Company to Users on an ‘AS-IS’ and ‘AS-AVAILABLE’ basis. Users wishing to use the information so provided are advised to conduct their own due diligence, in respect of the content on the Platform, at their own initiative, cost and effort. Company does not advise / recommend a User to establish any contact / interaction with other Users or any based on the data /information as furnished in such User’s profile / photograph etc. and the User opting to build contact or interact shall do it solely at his / her own risk. 
• Company does not authenticate, vet, screen, endorse or investigate any information or assertion comprised in the matrimonial listings, or any other content on the Platform, nor does it in any manner whatsoever certify or attest the same to be correct or true. It does not endorse matches and profiles in any manner, but an implied presumption is cast on the Users that the information(s) furnished are exclusively / solely to carve out / frame a suitable profile for the purpose of matrimonial alliance based on the partner preferences criteria set by the Users. All due diligence, effort and initiatives must be exercised by those wishing to use any information found on the Platform, and should take adequate precautions with the full and complete knowledge that all information contained in the matrimonial listings have been placed there directly by Users of the Platform without any prior intimation, consent or verification of or by Company.
• Company shall not be held responsible for any interactions/ passing of information(s) etc. between any User via e-mail, chat or any other medium with another User and Company has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes arising between the Users and Company shall not be party to such dispute/litigation etc.
• Company undertakes no liability for free services. Company reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or these Terms at any time without any prior notice. The continued usage of the Platform by a User shall constitute deemed acceptance by the User of the amended Terms.
• Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, Company will take all reasonable steps to provide its users with error free, uninterrupted user experience. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Platform. Users acknowledge that use of the Platform is solely at their cost and risk. Company is not responsible for suspension of the services on the Platform, irrespective of the reason for such interruption / suspension. Company may discontinue or change the services on the Platform or its availability at any time, and the User is also free to stop availing the services on the Platform at any time.
• The Company uses third party payment gateways on the Platform and failures in these gateways would be communicated to the users as it is. Extra currency/conversion charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
• Company does not take the responsibility of any information posted by its Users on the Platform, any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights and in case Company receives/discovers any such infringement, the said User may be called for / asked to furnish / provide evidence / relevant information in support of such display like an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest or a description of the copyrighted work that may have been infringed or information or a written statement that the User under bona-fide faith belief that the disputed information does not lead to any authorized use or infringement of copyright etc, under the law or a statement that the User is liable to penalty of perjury in case any of the information/statement furnished is proved otherwise or a declaration that the information displayed/posted is accurate and the User is itself the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Haryana, India and subject to arbitration provisions below, each party hereby irrevocably and finally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sonipat, Haryana, India thereto in respect of any disputes, legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Terms, interpretation, duties, performance, breach, etc. of these Terms.e copyright owner's behalf.
• Should any Dispute arise out of or in connection with these Terms, the Parties hereto shall first endeavor to settle such Dispute amicably. If the Dispute is not resolved through amicable settlement within fifteen (15) days after commencement of discussions or such longer period as the Parties mutually agree in writing, then either Party may refer the Dispute for resolution by arbitration according to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) or any statutory amendment or re-enactment thereof, or any statute enacted to replace the same, for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in Sonipat, Haryana, India, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
• The Award rendered in any arbitration commenced hereunder shall be final and conclusive, and judgment thereon may be entered in any court having jurisdiction for its enforcement. The Parties undertake to implement the arbitration award. In addition, the Parties agree that no Party shall have any right to commence or maintain a suit or legal proceeding concerning a Dispute hereunder (other than for preventive or interlocutory relief pending completion of the arbitration proceedings under these Terms) until the Dispute has been determined in accordance with the arbitration procedure provided for herein and then only for the enforcement of the award rendered in such arbitration. When any Dispute is under arbitration, except for the matters under dispute, the Parties shall continue to exercise their remaining respective rights and fulfil their remaining respective obligations under these Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, read with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer form the complete and final contract between us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral, written, or otherwise) relating thereto.
• Waiver:The failure at any time to require the performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall in no manner affect our right at a later time to enforce the same. No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms of Use, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, shall be deemed to be or construed as a further or continuing waiver of any such breach, or a waiver of any other breach of these Terms of Use. 
• Severability: If any provision/clause of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions/clauses of these Terms of Use shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby, and each such provision/clause of these Terms of Use shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law. In such case, these Terms of Use shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to correct any invalidity, illegality or unenforceability, while preserving to the maximum extent the original rights, intentions and commercial expectations of the Parties hereto, as expressed herein.
